Hobart N50 mixer shown in pictures is not part of this listing. This beater is NSF and ASTM Standard C305 compliant. It is the preferred beater for master chefs & bakers as well as the choice for laboratory and compounding use. It weighs approximately 3x the weight of its aluminum counterpart. Beater also works on the KitchenAid Model G mixers.
