Hobart N50, Stainless Steel "B" Flat Beater for 5 Quart N-50 Mixer, N5B-SST. Beater is nearly new looking with no to little signs of use or wear. Hobart N50 mixer shown in pictures is not part of this listing. This beater is NSF and ASTM Standard C305 compliant. It is the preferred beater for master chefs & bakers as well as the choice for laboratory and compounding use. It weighs approximately 3x the weight of its aluminum counterpart. Beater also works on the KitchenAid Model G mixers.
