The set includes a cooking pot, juice collection pan, strainer basket, glass lid, metal clamp, and two hoses. Constructed from stainless steel with an aluminum-layered base, it distributes heat evenly to prevent hot spots.

The pot works on all stovetop types including induction, and can also be used as a regular stockpot by removing the center strainer basket. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the finish.
