This pan has a few scuffs and scratches but a brand new one would get them eventually, anyway! This is a wonderfully made stainless steel saucepan that will last for years, if not forever!

And the helper handle comes in handy when youre cooking a pot filled with water and pasta! Because of the weight of the pan and the contents, the "helper" handle is very useful. I will get that feature on future pots and pans of any size. Cannot wait to expand our collection. · All-Clad is a great product.

We bought a "starter" set of All-Clad many years ago and have grown it over time. We added 3 LTD pans to the mix and we love them all (except their earlier non-stick fry pans). The LTD 4 quart pot is our go-to for cooking pasta and, when we decided to go to an induction range, we found that all the pots and pans worked fine save the LTD's so they got moved up to camp and we bought a new SS tri-ply 4 quarter for home. All of my items come from my own personal collection in my smoke-free home.
