All-Clad Copper Core 4 Qt ESSENTIAL PAN. This is not only a beautiful pan, after using the All Clad series of cookware, you won't want to have anything else. This is brand new but not does not come with a box. THIS IS A FIRST QUALITY PAN - it is not a factory second. NOTE COSMETIC BLEMISHES EXPLAINED BELOW. Because it is out of the box, it does have fingerprints and some slight scratches and wear marks on the bottom of the pan, the handles, sides and also some on the lid and could use a good washing. Because of the glare of the stainless steel, it's hard to photograph. The slight imperfections are merely cosmetic and will not affect the quality, performance or beauty of this pan in any way. This was a store display model. The first 3 pictures show the actual pan you will receive. The fourth picture is a stock photo. All-Clads Copper Core cookware features bonded five-ply construction that combines the superior culinary performance of copper with the cleaning ease of stainless steel. Pan combines the rounded sides of a French skillet with the height and wide surface area of a deep sauté pan. Ideal for preparing pasta sauces and then tossing in the pasta before serving, it's also perfect for cooking family-sized stir-fries and risottos and one-pan meals like stews, chilies and oven-baked casseroles.

Five-ply construction of securely bonded metals: a thick, extremely heat-responsive copper core sandwiched between two layers of highly conductive aluminum, with stainless-steel exterior and interiors. Copper core allows for the quickest heat-up time of any metal, maximum temperature control and rapid, even heat distribution. A ring of copper adds a finishing touch to the gleaming exterior.

18/10 stainless-steel interior wont react with foods and allows for easy cleanup. Magnetic stainless-steel exterior for durability and dishwasher-safe ease.
