Genuine Hobart C100, 10 Quart Solid Stainless Steel Flat Beater Attachment, C10BSST for 10 Qt. C100, C100T, C10 and C210 Mixers. Condition - Excellent Used Condition. Mixer and bowl shown in pictures is not part of this listing. This beater was manufactured by Hobart Corp. For the Hobart C100 commercial 10 quart mixers. It is made of solid stainless steel and will last a life time. The beater is also NSF certified. Genuine Hobart stamp "C10B" shown in picture.

This beater will also work on the vintage Hobart C210, and C-10 commercial stand mixers. It will not fit any other model mixer. Beater is extremely heavy and weighs 2 pounds, 9 ounces, approximately three times the weight of its more common aluminum counterpart. Beater works perfectly for laboratory use and food use where superior temperature control, speed and durability are needed. It has long been out of manufacture.
