The 100% Copper body is 2.5mm thick and is bonded to a very thin stainless interior. Copper offers superior heat conductivity.

The use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach and/or oven cleaners is not recommended and can scratch or damage your cookware.
